I’m Javier Evia. I spent more than twenty years in Guadalajara, then a few by the beach in Puerto Vallarta, where I met my wife Candace. When our daughter Ivory was born in Mississippi, we went looking for a place to raise her and her big sister Braylee — and Germantown opened its arms to us.
I started Ivory Clean in April 2026 as a family legacy — named for Ivory, who was four, for her energy and her pure, wide-open way of seeing the world. It pairs naturally with Candace’s organizing studio, Simply Minimally Me.
